Founder of homeoptions

With over 30 years in investment and commercial banking, mainly with Merrill Lynch and Bank of Ireland in both London and Dublin. Was instrumental in bringing Merrill Lynch to Ireland in 1995 and was CFO of Merrill Lynch International Bank from 2002 to 2008. He introduced Kennedy Wilson and Fairfax International to the Bank of Ireland rescue plan and became a managing director of Kennedy Wilson Europe in 2008. He retired from Kennedy Wilson in 2015 to focus full time on Fintech products aimed at gaps in the retail market.

A fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, Philip initially worked in general practice for 21 years and was elected to the board of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute in 2009, as Professional Services and Valuations Representative. He was appointed CEO of Real Estate Alliance (REA) in 2013, a group of estate agents and surveyors with 55 branches nationwide. In December 2015 he set up his own property consultancy specializing in corporate acquisitions, due diligence and portfolio assessment and valuation.
